There is the health factor, obesity can lead to a host of problems. Outside of that, love yourself and be content with who you are. You are beautiful.

NATIONAL SPAGHETTI DAY has us boiling this pasta, making our favorite sauce and getting ready to twirl our forks. Throw a piece of noodle against the wall to see if it sticks. If it does, then it’s ready. Now, I don’t know how true this is, but it is fun to do, you just have to wipe the wall down afterwards. Put it all together and dig in.
