Education and Information

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT DAY has seen law enforcement, and the community they protect, getting together since 1984. This is all about getting to know your police officers and them interacting with you in a relaxed setting. BBQs, festivities and community education are the order of the day.

On Today’s Menu…

NATIONAL OYSTER DAY brings on the shell fish. Grilled, baked, boiled, or broiled these little sea creatures can be fixed with or without the shell. Put them in soups, stews or slurp them out of the shells. Served on a cracker with a little Tabasco Sauce is my way to eat them.
