WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY reminds us how precious life is. Please, please, if you are contemplating this and think we would be better off without you – you are wrong. Talk to someone, get help, do what you have to to realize your worth – and you are worth being on this Earth with the rest of us. 988 is all you have to dial to reach the suicide prevention hotline. I am no counselor, but I can listen. My email is cox.kevin@att.net if you need to reach out to someone.
Education and Information

NATIONAL SWAP IDEAS DAY shows that two heads really are better than one. Seeing something from different perspectives yields more ideas and can provide a clearer picture about what’s going on and what to do about it.
On Today’s Menu…

NATIONAL TV DINNER DAY makes planning a meal a little easier. There are a lot more choices since the original Swanson Thanksgiving dinner of turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes and peas. Some are healthy – some not as much. I still have to go with the Swanson Hungry Man with fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes and a brownie. Not as healthy, but it is oh, so good.

Most Awesome God, if there is someone out there who doesn’t see any other way than ending it all, please intervene and let them know they are loved and that they matter. Give us discernment and compassion to be there for those around us so that no one ever has to feel so alone that they want to take their own life. I pray this in Your name, Jesus, Amen.
Enjoy the day and make it your own
